Adding extra inserts to your nappies are sometimes needed when you have a very hydrated baby or for those babies who sleep through the night. 

Bamboo is very gentle on skin so you can either sit the insert inside the shell which sits against the skin, or place nice and flat inside the pocket.
Doubling up on your inserts can cause extra absorbency which is really effective.
