Quick Easy Healthy Banana + Avocado Smash For Less Than $5 Per Serve
A client of mine years ago told me about this yummy breaky she makes for herself filled nutrients + wholefoods, I gave it a go + tweaked it to my liking.
Change it up as you like with different berries + different quantities of foods + enjoy!
I've made this on + off for years now but I actually forgot about this recipe for about 3 years, completely left my brain. So glad it popped back in mind because it's so good for our bodies and taste buds.
I've been trying my hardest to fill my body with more wholefoods of late + this one definitely ticked all the boxes.
Please note that this recipe was actually too much food for me for one meal, so I shared it with my children. Half an avo + a smaller banana would be ideal for one meal for myself.
Peel your banana + cut your avo.
Mush banana + avocado into your bowl until you get your desired consistency.
Add ground cinnamon to your taste.
Dollop your Greek yoghurt, I did 3 large scoops.
Sprinkle some goji berries + add raspberries.
